Questions

Classes at Ironbark, answered

What to expect before your first session.

Do I need experience to join a strength class?

No. Every class is coached by a qualified strength coach and capped at twelve people, so beginners get as much attention as experienced lifters.

What's the difference between strength classes and open gym?

Strength classes are coached, programmed sessions in a small group. Open gym is unstructured time to run your own session on the gym floor.

Can I use the open gym without doing classes?

Yes. Open gym is available to members for their own training, separate from the coached class timetable.

How do I see class days and times?

Check the class timetable for current days, times and coaches.

Which membership should I choose?

It depends on how often you want to train. See the memberships for what's included in Unlimited, Three classes a week and the Ten-class pass.

Is personal training only for experienced lifters?

No. Personal training is one-on-one, so your coach builds every session around your current ability and goals.
